THE WAR PLAYS PROJECT
Month 12 – 29 March 2009 – The Grand Finale: Local Voices
Produced by EM Lewis, in association with Moving Arts Theater Company
It’s been six years since the beginning of the war in Iraq. The world has changed... and so have we. Join local playwrights as they present original pieces that represent their impressions and thoughts about the war.
This the last of the monthly War Plays Project installments; but the end of this year-long endeavour simply marks the next stage in the evolution of the WPP. We'll continue to maintain the website with war play related resources, offer war play writing workshops and the occasion panel discussion or presentation of work. Keep in touch! www.warplaysproject.com
Was, by Jami Brandli
Featuring Brian Polak and Michael Shutt
Internal Combustion, by Richard Martin Hirsch
Time Wounds All Heels, by Jeanette Farr

Featuring Peter James Smith and Bobby Placencia
Producers, playwrights, actors and friends mingled after the presentation of work. Thanks to all who participated!
